1 whole chicken cut into pieces
4 medium sized onions sliced
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
Crashed garlic and ginger
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a large cooking pot put in the cooking oil, when it is hot enough toss in the chicken and let it cook for about 15 minutes. When the water reduces, toss in the garlic, chicken, cumin seeds and onions.
- Cover and let the chicken cook for another 30 minutes in medium heat, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking on the cooking pot.
- Let the soup reduce completely and the chicken acquire a light brown colour.
- Remove from heat when the chicken is completely cooked.
Serve while hot. Enjoy!
