Here is a simple recipe for you to try at home;
INGREDIENTS
1 small cabbage, finely chopped
2 carrots peeled and finely grated
1 small green bell pepper (Pili pili hoho)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar (You can add depending on how sweet you w ant your Cole Slaw to be)
2 tablespoon lemon juice (Optional)
¼ cup milk or 5 tablespoon salad cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley or coriander for garnishing
PREPARATION METHOD
Put the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, milk, salt and pepper then beat the mixture well using a whisk until it becomes very smooth.
Add the cabbage, carrots, green peppers and onions then mix them well.
Cover and keep refrigerated for about 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with the parsley or coriander when serving.
