Ingredients : 1 cup gram flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste, a bunch of chopped coriander you can add any other spices you like. Method put your gram flour in a bowl add your salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste and your coriander mix well and then with a mwiko pour in your water slowly as you mix remember you want a thick paste like the one for pancakes once you achieve that peel your potatoes n dice them evenly. Take your potato slices dip them in the mixture and put them in your pot with hot oil but dnt let the oil become too hot brown them each side and remove them into a kitchen towel then after place them back into the hot oil to brown more and become crunchy!
