1/2 kg of minced meat
1 egg, well beaten
bread crumbs
1 large onion very finely chopped
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 tsp of ketchup
1 tsp of chopped dhania
Preparation Method:
Soak the bread crumbs in the beaten egg until they totally absorb each other and are soft.
Add in the onions, garlic, ketchup, dhania then add the meat and mix well.
Form small meatballs by scooping with a spoon then using your hand to make them round.

Fry the meatballs in oil
You can then add to the sauce or stew of your choice.
Best served with pasta.
