CHINESE GREEN ONION chapati

INGREDIENTS

2 cups plain flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tspn sugar - mix
add 80ml hot water - mix
70ml cold water - mix
knead till smooth
rest covered for 20 minutes
cut to small pieces
take one piece, roll out, spread oil, sprinkle finely chopped green onions, roll bacck in, rest for 5 mins, then roll out again for cooking.
cook until golden brown.
