2. Deep belly breathing with abdominal contraction
It is a simple yet important exercise. Just sit upright, breathe deeply, contract and hold your abs tight while inhaling and relax while exhaling. By doing this, your muscles will be relaxed, the abs strengthened and toned and the belly firmed.
3. Avoid junk food
Fast foods are dangerous when consumed inappropriately. Ladies, you are killing yourselves if you consume junk food everyday. Tone down on junk food, eat healthy, be natural.
4. Less booze
Alcohol is good when taken in the right proportions. Too much of it leads to accumulation of fats and this becomes a problem. Less booze is ideal for a slimmer, sexier and fitter body.
