INGREDIENTS
- 1/2kg liver
- Salt
- Dhania
- Hoho
- Garlic
- 1 Royco beef cube (optional)
- 3 tomatoes (Pureed)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
PREPARATION METHOD
- Liver is not boiled. Just wash it & drain the water, then soak it in some fresh milk & let it sit for 30mins-1hr. The milk helps to remove the smell in liver but it is optional if you do not mind the smell in liver.
- Take your frying pan/sufuria put some oil, then add some onions, cook until soft.
- Remove the onions from the hot oil, drain the milk from the liver then fry it the same oil you used for the onions. Let it fry for 5 minutes then put back the onion in the cooking liver.
- Add salt, garlic. Once the garlic is cooked add the tomato paste, tomatoes, hoho, 1 royco beef cube & spices of your choice and let it cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle some fresh dhania and enjoy with some hot rice or ugali.
