EASY STEPS TO MAKING VANILLA BUTTER CREAM ICING FOR YOUR CAKE

Butter cream icing is the easiest frosting you can make to decorate your cakes. Its not only softer and tastier, but its also quite easy to make since it takes very little effort and time.

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
• 4 cups Icing Sugar
• 1 tsp. Liquid vanilla flavour
• 2 tbsps. Milk

STEPS FOR PREPARATION
  • In a large bowl, whisk in the butter or margarine with one cup of the icing sugar. Gradually add the remaining sugar as you beat well with each addition. Mix well until it becomes light and fluffy. 
  • In a smaller bowl mix the milk and the vanilla flavour. After its mixed well add to the mixture on the larger bowl and beat them together.  (You can also food color of your choice).
  • Keep the icing covered until you are ready to use it.
