1/2 kg steak beef
7 medium size potatoes
salt to taste
crushed garlic 1 teaspoon
Mixed herbs
1 onion chopped or onion powder
1 tbspn oil
foil paper
wash potatoes, do not peel, cut 4 pieces each. put all the ingredients in a bowl mix the place them on the foil paper the wrap. bake or grill for around 30mins.
