Baking has always been one of my greatest passions when it comes to cooking. However having grown up in a home where we did not have an oven we always had to come up with innovative ways to bake. I know most of you know the method in which you use sand but the food you are baking comes out tasting alittle dusty.
Well here is new way you can still bake with a pot but not include the sand. I have tried it severally on different foods and they always come out perfectly.
WHAT YOU NEED;
This method can be used for baking any type of food.

WHAT YOU NEED;
- 1 Aluminum pot
- 1 aluminum plate
- A Stove or gas cooker
- Lid for the cooking pot
- Place the aluminum plate inside the cooking pot upside down. incase you need a larger surface you can substitute the plate for a baking pan.
- Place the pot on the cooker and reduce the heat to medium or until you get a blue flame.
- Incase you are baking a cake, put the mixture in the baking pan and place it on the overturned plate inside the pot.Cover the pot and let the cake cook until the room is filled with the nice aroma from the cake
This method can be used for baking any type of food.
